We recognize that unexpected events can cause plans to shift, and we are prepared to assist you. Kindly review the following refund policy:
Refunds for all cancellations will be deposited into the payment method that was initially utilized during the booking process. Refunds will be issued to the agent's account or by check if payment was made via method other than net banking when the reservation was made through an agent.
If a single account was used to make multiple reservations and all of them are subsequently canceled, the refund will be provided to the primary account holder. Typically, it takes five to six days for refunds to post to a bank account.
It should be emphasized that the duration of refund processing may differ among service providers. If the refund procedure is delayed by the airline or another service provider, supplementary days may be necessary.
Flight Bookings
- Refund eligibility applies to cancellations made within twenty-four hours of the reservation.
- The refund amount shall be ascertained in accordance with the policies of the airline.
- The cost of our service is not refundable.
- The processing of refunds could take up to seven days.
- Choose zero-cancellation by exchanging a nominal booking fee for a complete refund in the event of cancellation.
Hotel Bookings
- Refunds are available for cancellations conducted within twenty-four hours.
- No-shows will incur the full amount due, without any refund.
- Depending on the policy of
e hotel, posts-check-in cancellations might be eligible for a refund.
Travel Packages
- Reservations are non-cancelable after 72 hours have passed.
- With rare exceptions, cancellations received after 72 hours will not be acknowledged.
- Non-refundable special tour arrangements are available.
- Partial refunds might be granted in accordance with specific conditions.
Car Rental
- Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
- 24-hour cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
- Car rental service fees are non-refundable.
- Consideration may be given to partial reimbursements on an individual basis.
