Refunds for all cancellations will be deposited into the payment method that was initially utilized during the booking process. Refunds will be issued to the agent's account or by check if payment was made via method other than net banking when the reservation was made through an agent.
If a single account was used to make multiple reservations and all of them are subsequently canceled, the refund will be provided to the primary account holder. Typically, it takes five to six days for refunds to post to a bank account.
It should be emphasized that the duration of refund processing may differ among service providers. If the refund procedure is delayed by the airline or another service provider, supplementary days may be necessary.
