Customers can avail all our products and services on payment realization until the flight departure time. We will send you all the required documents regarding the ticket and itinerary once the payment has been done. We, as a company, reserve the right to cancel your booking due to any discrepancy on your part before departure and refund will be processed on the original mode of payment. In many circumstances, we will not be held responsible or remain liable for any of the following-

» Any sickness, personal injury, accident, and death

» Delay in flight departure time or change in flight schedule due to any reason

» Any deviation in the services offered by the airline

» Any negligence made by the airline representative at their part.

Illegal Activities:

We don’t allow anybody to use any content from our website in any circumstances. The contents which are available on our website are sole propriety to us, our affiliates and suppliers. Apart from the above, below are some guidelines which you agree not to –

» Use any data or information from our website for commercial purpose

» Link our website to any third party website, directly or indirectly, for the sale of our products or service without our permission and authorization

» Incorporate or copy any part of our website without any prior authorization

In case of any Discrepancy:

In case you don’t agree or satisfied with any service, you can contact us to clarify and resolve your issue at the earliest. However, if we are not able to resolve your issue within the given time period, in any unusual and rare situation, you can go for Mediation which will be conducted through the American Arbitration Association.

On our website, you may come across many third-party links or websites, which we do not promote or endorse, by any means. These third-party links are served merely for referral purpose and we do not regulate the policies of those third-party websites.

Taxes and Fees:

All the surcharges and other fees and government-imposed and airline taxes are included in your ticket depending on necessity. In case you are taking international flight, you might be charged with Entry and Exit fees at the airport as these fees are not included in your final trip cost. You are requested to carry any retroactive change in taxes and fees after the booking is made.

General Instruction:

The Federal Arbitration Act and federal mediation law govern our terms and conditions. For reservations made by U.S. residents, the laws of the state apply to your billing address located in the US and its territory. Therefore if you don’t agree with any of the above laws, you can cease using our website.
