It is imperative that all credit cards utilized for making reservations have a billing address that has been verified as being in the United States, Canada, or an equivalent country.

Booking Confirmation: Areas are not assured until the reservation has been finalized. We will notify you within 72 hours of the reservation date if your credit card payment is declined for any reason. Kindly note that the bare act of presenting the card does not ensure a reservation.

Reference Number: After you have made your reservation, a reference number will be issued to the email address that you have supplied.

Ticket Delivery: You will receive an electronic ticket within four hours of making the reservation, provided that the money has been processed in its whole. Please be aware that our card verification team will verify the details with the cardholder in the event that an overseas credit card is used.
